allow to enter free text in the Evidence profiles

I would want to add text blocks for Cost-effectiveness, Equity, Acceptability and Feasibility (from EtD framework) in Key info
Currently there are only 4 factors in the key info section, and Cost-effectiveness, Equity, Acceptability and Feasibility is pooled in with Resources. In some cases it would be good to write a separate text block for Cost-effectiveness, Equity, Acceptability and Feasibility.
It should be optional.4 votes -
I would like to reuse text I have written previously in the guideline, especially for PICO data
We often use the same phrases for outcomes, outcome descriptions, time frames, Measurements, downgrade/upgrade comments. It would be great to reuse phrases written earlier in the guideline, to get consistent language and speed up the writing.

Having track changes stay on as default
It would be useful if I could activate tracked changes and when I saved and closed the text box, the tracked changes function stays turned on - just like in MS Word. Otherwise it is reliant on working group members remembering to turn tracked changes on every time they make a change.
3 votesAdmins in a guideline can now set ‘Track changes on by default’ for the guideline. Which will turn Track changes on as default for all users of the guideline.

Add an integrated search engine
Within one guideline:
I want to be able to type in a search word.
a) I get suggestions based on what other people have searched for.
b) After 3(2) letters I start getting an incremental hit listI get a hit list ranged like:
- The word/phrase is present a heading
- The word/phrase is present in a recommendations or header
- The word/phrase is present in a key information/rationale/practical information/PICO
- The word/phrase is present in the background text
What I see in the hitlist is:
You get the sentence the word/phrase is in, with the searchword in bold. You also get information…1 voteWe have added an search engine in every guideline. We will also add a search engine on the main page that can search accross all guidelines

allow us to move outcomes up and down
allow us to move outcomes up and down in the evidence profile. It tends to become messy and it is difficult to maintain overview when one cannot change the order of outcomes, especially as the number of outcomes increase.
