Add a field/s in the evidence profile so it is clear which paper the data extraction relates to
The evidence summary may contain multiple papers requiring these references to be ticked so they are in the PDF output. This means it is not always obvious which paper has been used for the data extraction. It would be helpful to have a field or multiple fields in the evidence profile so we can see a ta glance which paper the data is from.

I would like to reuse text I have written previously in the guideline, especially for PICO data
We often use the same phrases for outcomes, outcome descriptions, time frames, Measurements, downgrade/upgrade comments. It would be great to reuse phrases written earlier in the guideline, to get consistent language and speed up the writing.

I would like to be able to download a backup of my guideline
It would feel good to be able to download a full copy of my guideline, that could be used to restore it should something go terribly wrong.

I would want to add text blocks for Cost-effectiveness, Equity, Acceptability and Feasibility (from EtD framework) in Key info
Currently there are only 4 factors in the key info section, and Cost-effectiveness, Equity, Acceptability and Feasibility is pooled in with Resources. In some cases it would be good to write a separate text block for Cost-effectiveness, Equity, Acceptability and Feasibility.
It should be optional.4 votes -
I would like to get a filtered activity log for only one item (Outcome, PICO, Recommendation)
That way you can see changes done to only that item

I would like to copy a PICO from one guideline and upload it into another
This would be great for adaptation, and for sharing evidence between guideline organizations.

When I work on guidelines I would like to add comments in text, just like in Word
I would like to add comments in any text box, just like I'm used to from word. Comments should be possible to edit, delete and reply to, and it should say who wrote the comment and when.
It should be possible to see by a glance, where in the guideline there are comments.0 votes -
I want to be able to send a "secret" link to a guideline under development to others, so they can view without having to log in
The guideline should be accessible for view-only for everyone that has the link, but should not be listed in the public guideline listing. That way it will be "hidden" for all others that do not have the link.

Filtered pages specific for each organization showing only their public guidelines
I would like a filtered organization public page, showing only the organization's public guidelines. The page should brand the organization well, maybe with different colours and very visible organization name and logo. That way users will know in an instant which guidelines they get listed, and orgnizations can link directly to that page

Having track changes stay on as default
It would be useful if I could activate tracked changes and when I saved and closed the text box, the tracked changes function stays turned on - just like in MS Word. Otherwise it is reliant on working group members remembering to turn tracked changes on every time they make a change.
3 votesAdmins in a guideline can now set ‘Track changes on by default’ for the guideline. Which will turn Track changes on as default for all users of the guideline.

Make it possible to set a Strong and Weak AGAINST label (not just strong and weak)
Now you can set Strong and Weak recommendations, but I also want to set Strong and Weak AGAINST, and making it visually easy to spot the against-recommendations

allow to enter free text in the Evidence profiles
Sometimes it is inappropriate to do a meta-analysis, and then you end up with separate study results, or ranges of results. Now, it's not possible to add this kind of information.

allow us to move outcomes up and down
allow us to move outcomes up and down in the evidence profile. It tends to become messy and it is difficult to maintain overview when one cannot change the order of outcomes, especially as the number of outcomes increase.

Make it possible to find more details/information
When looking at a recommendation, please consider making it possible to find more information by clicking on a pop-up box beneath the recommendation. Clicking on the colored recommendation-box is not very intuitive.
