Having track changes stay on as default
It would be useful if I could activate tracked changes and when I saved and closed the text box, the tracked changes function stays turned on - just like in MS Word. Otherwise it is reliant on working group members remembering to turn tracked changes on every time they make a change.
Admins in a guideline can now set ‘Track changes on by default’ for the guideline. Which will turn Track changes on as default for all users of the guideline.

Dear Leah
We initially had the track changes set to automatically turn on upon opening the edit window, but that caused a lot of issues and annoyances for the main authors. What we could perhaps look into doing is having a choice to have Track changes always turned on or off as default.
Then users can choose? Your group members could then have it on, while those that find it annoying cab have it off. Would that be ok? -
