  2. I would like a function to print out the practical information section in a guideline

    In the practical information tab in a recommendation, there is sometimes information worth while giving to patients. It would be great if there were a print-button, so you could print only that text. (and not the whole guideline)

  3. I would like each recommendation to have a number

    When recommendations are references in documents or in meetings it would be great if the recommendations have numbers.
    Either sequential numbering 1-100, or a number that reflects which section the recommendation is in, like recommendation 2.1, or 4.2.1

  4. I would like to have a place in my guideline to store links to other relevant projects from other platforms

    There are often related projects on other platforms that the authors should have easy access to, like screening and data extraction projects in Covidence or Distiller, or ongoing Meta-analysis in Eppi-reviewer.
    It would be great to have a place in the guideline where the authors can go to find a link to these related projects.

  5. When I work on guidelines I would like to add comments in text, just like in Word

    I would like to add comments in any text box, just like I'm used to from word. Comments should be possible to edit, delete and reply to, and it should say who wrote the comment and when.
    It should be possible to see by a glance, where in the guideline there are comments.

  6. I would like to continue writing if I loose internet connection

    I want to be able to continue to write content into my guideline, even if I loose internet connection. That way I can continue to write if I'm on a train or plane with no internet connection.

  7. I want to be able to send a "secret" link to a guideline under development to others, so they can view without having to log in

    The guideline should be accessible for view-only for everyone that has the link, but should not be listed in the public guideline listing. That way it will be "hidden" for all others that do not have the link.

  8. It would be great if guideline authors could click a button to see the guideline snapshots from previous days

    It would be great for authors to be able to click a button to see how the guideline looked yesterday, and the day before, and so on.
    It would not be like the activity log, where all changes show, but instead just showing exactly how the guideline looked at the time of backup the days before.

  9. Include Background when exporting PICO's or Recs

    Currently you can export the Background information when you export a PDF (entire guideline). it would be good to be able to select include Background when exporting Recs or PICO's.

  12. Improve the Comments section so I can get a quick overview of all incoming comments, with flagging and comment-functions

    As a guideline /section admin, I would want to get a notice (maybe an email? At least a visual hint in the author platform) when there is a comment being placed by a guideline user. I would want to have the possibility to flag certain comments for follow-up and also comment on them.
    I would want to be able to go one place and see all incomming comments for a guideline or guideline section, not having to go into each and every recommendation.
    That would be great for peer review and public review, but also for continous improvements.

  13. Possibility to give author/view/admin-rights to individual section levels

    Now you can only give someone permissions on a guideline-by-guideline level, but for larger guidelines you would want to have this down to the section levels

  18. Make it possible to make a multiple-comparisons table

    This will just be a view of existing information. It can be used to compare the different options when one has multiple PICO questions with different comparisons, but same P's and O's.
    We want to place them in one comparison-table so it is easier for the end users (and authors) to compare the alternatives.

  19. Add possibilities for admin personnel to pull out statistics from usage patterns of the guideline.

    Suggestions for statistics to show:
    How many readers do the guideline have each week
    Which recommendations are opened to view details, and how often
