  1. Include Background when exporting PICO's or Recs

    Currently you can export the Background information when you export a PDF (entire guideline). it would be good to be able to select include Background when exporting Recs or PICO's.

  2. make it possible to subscribe to all guideline updates from a given organization (rather than just updates for a specific guideline).
