How do I reorder PICO questions and Recommendations?

During a guideline authoring process, you will often need to re-order PICO questions or Recommendations. You do this by drag-and-drop. 

PICOs and Recommendations have a 6 dots "move control". Click it, hold down and drag it to where you want it to be. You can re-order across different sections.
