1. More language options for automatic recommendation translation

• User cannot sign up without a display name any longer
• Ordering of outcomes should now always save
• Red pencil showing accurately when other authors are editing a text box
• Hidden recommendations do not show in search inside a guideline
• Search indexing is updated (for in-guideline search)
• Color setting for text now saves properly again
• In voting dialogs, the conflict of interest details-popup is showing again
