  1. Make an improved Help-function

    Authors need guidence for:
    1) How to use the application
    2) GRADE methodology and how to make a guideline

    Users need guidence to understand
    1) How to use the application

    Ways to make the help:

    It can be made as an overlay like in the iPad picture

    The (i) or 'Help' could be made as an activation/deactivation of tooltips?

    We should probably have presentations that people can go through as well

  6. Add a field/s in the evidence profile so it is clear which paper the data extraction relates to

    The evidence summary may contain multiple papers requiring these references to be ticked so they are in the PDF output. This means it is not always obvious which paper has been used for the data extraction. It would be helpful to have a field or multiple fields in the evidence profile so we can see a ta glance which paper the data is from.

    Dear Leah.
    if the studies are connected to the intervention or baseline data in an outcome, it is visible to the user if they click the outcome details (in the online application) or underneath the Summary of findings table in the PDF.
    We have started work to improve the footnotes in the PDF, so if the studies are connected to the right outcomes, this will be easier to read from the PDF.

  7. An activity log where you can see which author has done what, when and to which section

    You should be able to go directly to that section, and possibly undo your own action.
    You need to know When the change has found place, who and see what has changed (from what to what)

  8. Filtered pages specific for each organization showing only their public guidelines

    I would like a filtered organization public page, showing only the organization's public guidelines. The page should brand the organization well, maybe with different colours and very visible organization name and logo. That way users will know in an instant which guidelines they get listed, and orgnizations can link directly to that page

  11. Make a milestone feature in a guideline for guideline admins, to keep track of important milestones

    Need to be able to set due-date for milestone, responsible person and comments. Would also want a done/not done check box beside it. All authors affiliated with that guideline should have access to view these milestones

    1. Main admins with admin access to whole guideline
    2. Main authors with author access to whole guideline

    6. Section viewers with view and comment access only to designated section(s)
